As part of Easmed’s philosophy to build value and trust to our Customers and Partners, in addition in collaborating with international medical device brands including Stryker, Lumenis, Cook Medical and Resmed, we have also established our very own Easmed Academy, a training arm of the business, to raise the educational value to our customers and partners.

To support the business growth regionally, we are seeking to recruit an

**Senior Business Support Specialist**
- Develop, manage and execute event plans according to agreed timelines and budgetary requirements
- Manage policies and procedures for the management, registration and engagement of participants, including participants’ travel management
- Plan resources for operation and maintenance of equipment required for Meetings, Conferences and Exhibition
- Handle vendor contracts, ordering, receipt, review and approval of items. Manage operations facility systems maintenance as well as propose strategies for performance enhancement
- Implement organisational housekeeping practices to ensure tools and equipment are well upkept
- Establish a workplace safety and health system as well as maintain and comply with Workplace Safety and Health policies and procedures
- Implement a systematic and objective approach in workplace incident and accident investigations and review of corrective and preventive measures.
- Manage emergency response plans for the range of contingencies affecting work operations
- Identify and communicate key findings of Safe Management Measures Regulatory and Medical Sector Requirements to relevant stakeholders. Anticipate possible impact from government regulation. Collect and update data to facilitate safe management measures for business continuity
- Liaise with government officials, agencies, external vendors and manage organisation's key stakeholders, strategic partners to ensure continuous levels of engagement
- Perform routine tender data collection and first level analytics. Effectively communicate information and facilitate Sales Team tender participation

Develop meaningful project plans based on business goals and to align CSR initiatives around Easmed’s core values to give back to the Community.

You should have a Diploma or Degree with 2 years of relevant work experience. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate ownership and initiative. Having a Growth mindset, being customer focused and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team are desired attributes.
