**What we’re looking for**

We’re looking for an operationally driven, adaptive and independent leader to manage our projects. Reporting to Senior Operations Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing all operational aspects of our projects, from implementation to daily operations.

- Implemented and managed the operations of retail, pop-ups and/or events
- Managed internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including C-level leaders, customers and vendors
- Handled multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Managed a team of service staff and planning their schedules
- Worked in a client-facing capacity, such as sales, customer success, or consulting
- Produced high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Worked well both individually as well as part of a team

**Things you might do at Lucid Experiences**:

- Assist in planning operational aspects of running an event, including sourcing, planning & training of manpower and safe management measures
- Determine areas of improvement to provide greater value to our customers
- Survey, review, analyse and improve customer experience
- Participate in brainstorming and idea generation sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions
- Work closely with project leads to ensure that we meet project requirements and deadlines
