As Assistant Director, Risk Management, you will have a key role in the overall Risk Management of the Company. This ranges across all facets of Risk Management, including Credit Risk, Market Risk, and Operational Risk. This role will have full exposure across all the countries, businesses, and products in our Group. You will be a key driver in the performance of our Group, and will have great development potential.

**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Management of Credit, Market and Operational risk, including the production and analysis of reports, Committee meeting materials and proposals.
- Support in risk frameworks for products such as CFDs, Prime Services, FX, futures, share margin financing, and cash equities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the Group Credit and Counterparty risk framework.
- Assessing and approving of credit and counterparty limit increases within the delegated authority
- Support the on-going development and implementation of the Group Market Risk management framework.
- Provide oversight on Business Continuity Management
- Assist with the development and implementation of an Enterprise Risk Framework

**Job Requirements**

To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:

- 6 years or above of Risk Management experience in similar financial institutions
- Graduate degree holder in finance or quantitative field
- Good understanding of our products and businesses
- Good communication ability with frontline businesses
- Ability to articulate and present persuasively to stakeholders
- Relevant risk qualifications (CFA, FRM etc) would be beneficial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
