**JOB SCOPE**

**Summary of Job Responsibilities**
- Assist the Senior Manager and/or Associate Directors to lead the Operation and Maintenance Team to manage and maintain Casino facilities to meet the business and operational needs.
- Assist the Senior Manager and/or Associate Directors in managing, monitoring and maintaining one or more of the functional areas in operational condition at all times within Facilities Department supporting the operations and functioning of Casino Operations; Service Requests Team; Capital and A&A work projects management; WSH and Fire Safety management; Facilities mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems maintenance; HVAC and CCMS operations and maintenance; Elevators and Escalators operations and maintenance; and/or Energy and Utilities Management.
- Assist the Senior Manager and/or Associate Director in planning and implementing corrective and maintenance programs, improvement works, A&A and renovations projects etc. in accordance with company’s policies, service standards and authority requirements.
- Establish comprehensive O&M program, attic stock, drawing update process etc. after renovation and A&A projects.
- Drive long-term profitability and competitiveness by leveraging MBS’ elevated premium positioning and integrated experiences to deliver top-line growth.
- Obtain all Statutory Certifications & Licenses and comply to all Authority requirements.
- Establish 5-year CAPEX and OPEX plan.
- Ensure that the TM perform works accordingly to the casino regulations.
- Casino layout change projects to complete within the planned schedule.
- Manage customer driven quality program (Casino Look Book) and improvement initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
***Corrective Maintenance
- Manage the delivery and measurement of guest and internal department requests such as ad-hoc breakdown and ensure Maximo work orders are closed promptly and accurately.
- Manage the delivery and measurement of patron services within assigned department(s), consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes.
- Conduct daily on-site physical inspection and monitor the work progress of all defects rectification; identify any equipment defect, and report to the Senior Manager and/or Associate Directors for corrective actions immediately within Casino footprint.

Preventive Maintenance & Projects
- Manage and carry out Casino BOH and FOH maintenance program for all finishes, fit-outs and furniture
- Advocate improvement on work processes and areas to achieve excellent customer services to Casino to improve the maintenance standard and efficiency of the Casino Facilities operation team.
- Conduct regular meetings and coordinate with the maintenance contractor to resolve and improve the service of relevant systems within Casino footprint.
- Coordinate and supervise external contract works as assigned by immediate supervisor to ensure their works are compliant with the required specifications and standards so as to meet objectives
- Work closely and liaise with all departments in property and contractors in project and maintenance coordination to minimize disruption to Casino operations.
- Coordinate and manage contractors and sub-contractors for any repair or Testing and Commissioning (T&C) of equipment along with contractors and other Team Members within Casino footprint.

Resource Management
- Lead a team of Assistant Manager/Supervisor/Senior Technician/Techniciansto deliver quality up-keeping of Casino
- Allocate works to Team Members and ensure all jobs are correctly and properly achieved.
- Assist the Senior Manager and/or Associate Directors in planning of job duration and assessing manpower, materials, tools and equipment, special services required for the job.
- Direct and allocate work to the team members on routine maintenance and urgent repair in accordance with sound engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations. Closely monitor the effects of servicing and maintenance on their condition wherever possible. Ensure that all records of maintenance and testing are kept
- Provide and review training for Team Members under supervision
- Conduct performance appraisal of all team members under supervision
- Plan, manage, select and procure consumable materials
- Review and streamline all purchase requests with procurement department

General
- Enforce all safety programs and training with regards to WSH
- Perform all duties in accordance with MBS policies and within the realm of the MBS Company vision, mission and values
