**Roles & Responsibilities**
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Administration:
- Weekly, Monthly, quarterly and end of year reporting
- He will work closely with finance department, regarding invoicing of customers and customers’ queries
- He will be involved in the ISO 27001 yearly certification process.
Trade delivery
- He will handle regulatory reporting queries from Customers, Sales or Ops
RESET Run Management
Static Data Management. Client Submission - Orders submitted by the client, through various mediums, are checked for completeness. To escalate any discrepancies promptly to the Sales Team. Generating matching trades - To ensure that the resultant trade set adheres to all client tolerances and instructions. Reports Generation - To generate run reports for checking and validation with the Sales Team. Ensure successful delivery of the trade set to each client and any additional information that they have requested.
- The business areas are FX FWD, NDFs and Asian Rates
Other responsibilities:
- Post Trade support - Provide support to any queries from either the Sales Team, the client or their middle/back offices. To ensure proper logging of any queries.
- Regression Testing - To periodically perform a comprehensive regression test on the RESET matching system and follow up on issues to any IT systems. To ensure proper logging of any issues.
