**Responsibilities**:
**Defines the Local Visual Merchandising strategy & Implement action plans**:

- Lead implementation of VM plans and guidelines in the different networks: implement Boutique seasonal themes & Watch Specialist animations. Set the direction of all visual merchandising and display presentations of exterior window environments & boutique interiors.
- Manage new store opening visual merchandising process. Coordinate Store Design Planning with freelancers and manage all relevant parties to complete implementations.
- Manage display materials orders and installations
- Monitor competitive visual merchandising activity and identify new opportunities for the Maison.
- Build strong relationships with global brand team, field, & Wholesale networks. Liaise with HQ Teams to validate local specific projects
- Communicate efficiently with all internal departments to ensure success of VM programs. Collaborates with Marketing to support seasonal advertising campaigns in boutiques.
- Implement display rotation guidelines: coordinate with boutique directors to optimize products rotation based on sales performance.
- Regularly visit key boutiques / specialists stores to ensure proper implementation of merchandising directive.
- Plan and implement 1-1 training for boutique staff and specialists

**Monitors VM & Event budget**
- Manage budgets and monitor spending on a monthly basis
- Analyze in-store campaigns efficiency and provide recommendations to improve plan and spend
- Communicates regularly Visual Merchandising reports on his/her activity.

**Manage supervise and implement local events**
- Develop & lead all assigned local events with a focus on exclusive and unique experiences:

- Timeline, budget management, event format, venue searching
- Design, production, entertainment
- F&B research for unique client experience
- Hospitality treatment programs
- Product logistics and security, operation logistics
- Guest invitation/reception/hosting
- F&B
- Photography and videography
- Post event reports and follow ups
- Prepare and organize briefings for agencies and working partners when relevant
- Liaise with relative departments and working partners to ensure information is well delivered
- Keep pace with design, technology and communications developments

**Team Management and cross-team collaboration**:

- Manage 1 team member as well as VM ambassadors in boutique
- Liaise & interface closely with local Commercial, teams as well as other peers within Marketing, Client and Communication team
- Liaise & interface with HQ Event & VM teams
- Explore new working partners and develop good relations with such partners.
- Capture market insight / market research by ie. keeping pace with latest event happenings / trends/ technology

**REQUIRED COMPETENCIES**
- 8-10 years relevant experiences preferably in luxury industry. Production, design / arts / marketing background will be an asset
- Creative, pragmatic and proactive. Detail-oriented, strong in project management
- Strong communication skills with ability influence and develop business relationships at all levels of an organization
- Good decision making skills with experience in planning, organizing, as well as problem solving skills.
- Team player with high level of integrity
