**MAIN PURPOSE**

The role of the Senior Visual Merchandising Executive / Assistant Manager is to ensure that all Montblanc boutiques and our dealers’ point of sales are maintained and impeccably presented visually, according to that of the Maison’s standards.

Duties and responsibilities include and are not limited to;

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**VISUAL MERCHANDISING DESIGN, DISPLAY AND TRAINING FOR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL NETWORK**
- To maximise visibility for Montblanc in all real estate through creative implementation of VM at all internal and external POS in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand subsidiaries, as well as external sales network
- To manage the supply and installation of Seasonal Decorations for all boutiques.
- Monitor and ensure all merchandising displays conforms to set standards.
- To train sales staff and partners on decoration and visibility guidelines.
- Conduct regular routine visits to ensure the visual merchandising (display, products presentation) and the overall appearance (Lightning, Logos, counters, etc.) of all boutiques and POS are in-line with brand guidelines
- Timely dissemination of all VM guidelines and updates from HQ to all relevant stakeholders

**VM IMPLEMENTATION FOR RETAIL AND WHOLESALE NETWORK SUPERVISION**
- Forecast, order, budget and implement animation themes in all boutiques and POS
- Implement any new update on PLVs for Retail and Wholesale
- Follow-up on and update visual panorama for Wholesale
- Reporting of implemented animations to HQ
- Coordination, ordering and tracking of Seasonal decorations/brochures/PLV materials for South East Asia incl. distributor markets
- To maintain a proper level of PLV and POSM materials within the warehouse.
- Work with the retail and wholesale team to ensure all the internal and external boutiques visuals are in best conditions and with appropriate guidelines.
- Responsible for all campaign change overs in all Montblanc boutiques in the South East Asia

**VM and EVENT SUPPORT**
- Be the key contact person for all VM and decoration materials during events
- Ccoordinate with Communications team on the planning and set-up of all events

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- University graduate or equivalent in Visual Merchandising Design / Design / Graphic Design or Fashion Retail.
- At least 5 years of visual merchandising experience in Fashion or Luxury industry
- Creative with design skills and project management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong rapport with all parties.
- Organized and meticulous, with good fashion, retail, and commercial sense.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Based in Singapore, with business travels to SEA per business requirements.
