We are actively looking for a **Brand Intern** based in Singapore. Reporting to the Retail Director, the Brand Intern will support day-to-day operational needs and be involved in executing new initiatives/processes together with the retail teams. The intern will also be exposed to different departments: Marketing and Retail Operations and gain a strong understanding of delivering retail and operational excellence across all boutiques.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assist Retail Director with monthly sales data extraction, consolidation and reporting
- Identify areas of improvement and provide reporting adjustments to improve its efficacy in driving retail performance.
- Assist to monitor Retail KPIs and CRM management for boutique team
- Able to commit and assist during events
- Work closely with the Retail and Management team to ensure smooth running of day - to - day operations for all boutiques
- Assist in preparation for new boutiques opening in SEA
- To prepare and follow up payment process to vendors
- Competitor study analysis
- Good with PowerPoint preparation
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Profile**:

- Undergraduate, major in Marketing, Business administration or equivalent and able to commit a minimum 6 months
- Enjoy numbers, data analysis, report writing and improving workflow processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Self-motivated, team player, positive thinker, creative and efficent
- High integrity with good ethics and values
- Good foundation in Microsoft Office functions like Excel, PowerPoint
