Singapore WORLD AQUATICS CHAMPIONSHIPS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Full time

As a Brand (Intern) at the World Aquatics Championships 2025, you will work in close collaboration with team members to support in protecting the event's brand integrity and ensure brand consistency across all venues, platforms and merchandise programme, including prominent branding across city spaces, hotels and competition venues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the branding team in managing branding and publicity for World Aquatics Championships - Singapore 2025 (WCH 2025)
- Assist in enforcing brand protection pre and during event at venues and related marketing activations
- Liaise with appointed brand and design agency on timely delivery of project items
- Work closely with appointed vendor to produce mascots housing and mascots activations for events and roadshows
- Work closely with appointed vendor to procure and produce roadshow engagement items
- Monitor and alert team on counterfeit merchandise and other ambush marketing programmes
- Brief and oversee volunteers during event period
- Assist with day-to-day branding and marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects

- Must be interested in the aquatic sports industry.
- Academic Background in Sports Management, Physical Education, Broadcast Media, Communication Studies or a related field.
- Interest in Branding and Merchandising in Sporting Events.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent Attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
- Strong ability to write and engage with stakeholders.
- Responsible and skilled with computers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the aquatic sports industry is an advantage.
