We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an International Brand Promoter. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand development strategies, including marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Develop and Implement Brand Strategies: You will develop and implement comprehensive brand development strategies, including marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Manage Social Media Accounts: You will manage social media accounts, ensuring regular updates and engagement to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Create Engaging Content: You will create engaging content, press releases, and brand storytelling materials to align with marketing objectives.
- Monitor Brand Reputation: You will monitor brand reputation and respond to any negative publicity as needed.
Distributor Support & Sales Strategy:
- Collaborate with Sales Team: You will collaborate with the sales and business development team to develop marketing materials tailored for distributors and hospital decision-makers.
- Provide Training Materials: You will provide training materials and digital assets to support distributor-led marketing efforts.
- Develop Case Studies: You will develop case studies and physician testimonials to strengthen brand credibility in new markets.
Clinical Engagement & KOL Strategy:
- Support KOL Engagement: You will support Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement and develop clinical marketing materials for physician awareness.
- Coordinate Scientific Presentations: You will coordinate with the medical affairs team to create scientific presentations and whitepapers.
- Develop Educational Content: You will assist in developing educational content for physicians and interventional specialists.
Event Planning & Coordination:
- Plan Overseas Conferences: You will plan and coordinate overseas conferences, product launch events, and customer engagement activities.
- Organize Event Logistics: You will organize event logistics, including venue bookings, decorations, and scheduling, ensuring smooth execution.
- Manage Event Budgets: You will manage event budgets, ensuring cost control and effective resource utilization.
- Promote Events: You will support event promotion, including guest invitations, distributor engagement, and media partnerships.
Internal Communication & Coordination:
- Facilitate Internal Communication: You will facilitate internal communication across departments to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
- Collect Branding Materials: You will collect, organize, and manage branding materials and marketing assets in a centralized content repository.
- Support Internal Training: You will support internal training sessions to enhance employees' understanding of brand messaging and marketing strategies.
Regulatory Compliance Marketing:
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: You will ensure that all marketing materials comply with regulatory guidelines in different markets.
- Align Marketing Messages: You will work with the regulatory and clinical teams to align marketing messages with market-specific compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in international marketing or a related field. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns, with expertise in social media management, content creation, and event planning.
