**About the Role**:
**This role is based in Singapore or Perth or Brisbane.**

We are seeking a Principal HR Technology to join the global Core HR, Workforce Management & Analytics team.

**Responsibilities**:

- As the key member of Corporate Functions Technology HR Applications team participate in the creation, implementation, maintenance, performance, production support and documentation of SuccessFactors functionality
- Provide technical support including problem and incident management for SuccessFactors and other integrated SaaS, COTS systems
- Maintain and update system configurations
- Improve system processes by exploring system configuration options
- Maintenance of SuccessFactors production and test environments
- Establish and maintain procedure documentation

**About You**:

- Deep understanding and extensive SAP SucesssFactors Platform experience from hire to retire including but not limited to Employee Central, Careers, Recruiting, Workforce Analytics
- Experience working across a complex integrated HR system landscape (SaaS and COTS), SAP ERP
- Knowledge & practical experience in the area of Agile, DevOps methodologies and practices are an advantage
- Experienced requirement gathering / working with business to assist technical resources
- Sound knowledge of change and configuration management processes
- Advanced level of analytical and conceptual thinking skills and an ability to gather and interpret information
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline
- Team working skills, capable of engagement and influence different stakeholders and ability to manage conflicts/issues with the business/end users
