**Roles & Responsibilities**
The main focus of this position is to lead and manage sustainable growth of the entity.
Main business fields of this entity are management consulting and IT consulting and implementation.
The incumbent should have not only substantial expertise in both industries but also high-level management skills for organization and human resources.
As a subsidiary company of Japanese HQ, the incumbent is required to have close communication with HQ in fluent Japanese.
**Business Development**
- Establish the mission and vision of the entity.
- Establish strategies to realize the vision of the entity, show and share it with the subordinates.
- Communicate with existing clients and identify opportunities for new projects.
- Expand client base - not only Japanese clients but also non-Japanese clients.
**Organization Management**
- Manage 3 divisions and assist each division to achieve their goals.
**Human Resources Management**
- Encourage each Consultant to perform at his/her best and organize project teams with appropriate members of expertise and position.
- Establish circumstances for each members to grow sustainably and independently.
- Evaluate each member and give them adequate feedback for them to grow.
- Communicate with each member frequently and identify their strengths and weaknesses.
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university.
- Advanced Degree such as Master’s Degree (M.A./M.S.) may be advantageous in project execution/management.
**Past Experiences**
- At least 15 years’ experience in senior level management consulting and IT consulting.
- At least 3 years’ experience in management of a small team of Management Consultants and IT Consultants.
- Establishing continuous relationship with clients and obtaining projects from the clients.
- Financial analysis and business planning experiences.
- Has in-depth knowledge and experiences in specific business process.
- Industrial expertise (deep knowledge of specific industry) of several industries based on both education and experiences.
**Language**
- Fluent business level Japanese is required to liaise with clients and counterparts in Japan.
**Travel**
- Domestic/international travels are required up to 50%.
