**About the Role**:
If you are a self-motivated, forward thinking team administrator, executive assistant, legal secretary or planner who is ready to make a difference, then this a great opportunity for you.

Reporting to the Vice President Commercial Legal, you will support the Vice President and a team of lawyers based in Singapore and globally, and will make a difference each day through providing outstanding support to this dynamic and engaging Legal team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting the efficient operation of the Legal team through supporting team routines, arranging travel, supporting purchase order and billing requirements and liaising with our support functions such as Technology and HR;
- Actively identify improvement opportunities and time optimization solutions to forward plan work and ensure effectiveness of Legal team;
- Diary and travel management for the Vice President Commercial Legal to enable the efficient organisation and execution of daily activities;
- Preparing agendas, presentations, reports and coordinating meeting logistics;
- Contributing to the positive culture of the Legal team including through organising team events and supporting the onboarding of new employees and law firm secondees;
- Assisting to build a strong partnership with our panel law firms as the primary contact for engagement and billing enquiries, and using SAP and Thompson Reuters Legal Tracker for purchasing (POs/ PRs), invoice review and expense reconciliation; and
- Supporting projects and other ad hoc duties as required.

**About You**:

- You will be an experienced Administrator with a proven ability to work autonomously, proactively establish priorities and meet time critical deadlines.
- Your strong communication, problem solving and organizational skills will be an asset, - as will your attention to detail, initiative and talent to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- You will be an advocate for leveraging digital technologies to enable collaboration and the simplification of tasks, and possess strong knowledge of office suite systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint and Video Conferencing.
- Previous experience with SAP would be beneficial as would prior experience within the legal industry.
