**Responsibilities**:
**Property Presentation**
- Responsible for establishing and developing the creative vision & design standards of the following physical elements of MBS:

- Floral, Landscaping and Planting
- Uniform design
- Large integrated property seasons such as Christmas or Chinese New Year
- Experiential brand concepts
- Signage/Fonts
- MICE Event Setups
- Retail and F&B window styling
- Accessories
- Responsible for quality audits and management of the above
- Consultation with DPMD designers as required
- Ensure stringent compliance to company policies and procedures and statutory requirements
- Align with company branding standards, and ensure a consistent design narrative across all elements
- Develop a strong culture of integrity, teamwork, passion, creativity, respect, and strong project delivery

**Creativity & Vision**
- Originate, sell, craft and launch experiential design concepts that position the MBS brand at the forefront of Luxury retail & Hospitality
- Expand our existing creative & conceptual opportunities into but not limited to - technology, visual merchandising, pop-ups etc.
- Lead a multidisciplinary project team, inspiring it and, with it, the wider stakeholder team
- Is discerning in their creative judgment, offering a clear and direct point-of-view
- Critically analyses stakeholder feedback & input to understand that which is valid & where we should respectfully push back or re-shape

**Project Delivery**
- Draft, review and oversee design briefs, technical briefs and technical deliverables.
- Direct deliverables from the Consultants with respect to brief and company guidelines
- Direct and provide direction on design submissions from consultants
- Direct the review of all contractor material and sample submissions and shop drawings
- Monitor quality of off and on-site fabrication from a design perspective
- Manage costs, contracts, and schedules of all key deliverables for design and delivery
- Manages external productions with minor check-ins and reviews, in a way that inspires & enables the best creative outcomes
- Can oversee multiple projects at once with flawless delivery

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Liaise with internal clients to develop scope-of-work briefs and design visions
- Coordinate with internal support teams (Finance, Sourcing and Procurement, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to drive design excellence across property
- Collaborate and partner with department heads to ensure they are compliant with design and quality intent of Property Styling deliverables
- Very strong communication skills, confident at presenting and selling conceptual work, explaining and how it meets our brand’s needs
- An openness to listening, learning and trying new processes, methods and ways of thinking
- Stimulate the creative energy within the organization and nurture the growing creative talent within the wider brand, marketing & design team

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education**:

- Diploma level qualification in design related to at least one of the key deliverable areas

**Experience**:

- 10 years+ global experience with proven track record as creative director, experiential stylist and / or handling luxury resort projects or large-scale mixed-use developments
- Extensive experience implementing design processes, including driving current consultants’ practices, scope and abilities
- Experience with managing teams and complex projects, including design team organizational structures and resources
- Experience with broad, complex teams delivering projects for large-scale commercial buildings
- Experience in large-scale Integrated Resorts and/or Regulated Casino Environments is preferred, but not critical
- Prior experience of managing career growth and development of creatives - Creative Director down to associate creative levels
- Preferably with various awards and accolades for accomplished work
