Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Manager/Asst.Manager

Measures of success
- In three months:

- Learn and understand the media budget management system, actively participating in updating and maintaining budget information.

- Gain hands-on experience in campaign implementation, working closely with teams to set up campaigns on Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and Ad Serving Platforms.
- Support the implementation of third-party verification technology to enhance brand safety, prevent ad fraud, and measure campaign effectiveness.

In six months:

- Collaborate with teams and assist in automating key processes, leveraging available tools and resources.
- Develop a deeper understanding of campaign implementation, actively troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth trafficking of assets on Ad Serving Platforms.
- Participate in monitoring and reporting efforts, gaining proficiency in analyzing campaign data and identifying areas for optimization.

In nine months:

What your day job looks like at EightBar:
Media Budget and Resource Management:

- Ensure regular updates of media budget information by teams in a shared format.
- Manage the process of budget adjustments, including increases and cuts, as they occur.
- Take responsibility for budget-related processes such as purchase order (PO) management through Media Estimate Forms.
- Updating internal tools to efficiently manage investments
- Track the delivery of scope and time reporting.

Operations and Implementations:

- Handle all aspects of campaign implementation, including but not limited to:

- Setting up campaigns on Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) based on approved media plans.
- Trafficking assets on Ad Serving Platforms.
- Incorporating additional third-party verification technology to measure brand safety, ad fraud, viewability, and audience demographic reach.
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign progress.
- Troubleshooting campaigns on both Ad Serving Platforms and DSPs.
- Leading media vendor engagement, onboarding and collaborating with various technology partners to enhance campaign performance.

What you will need:

- Bachelor’s degree in a business, statistics, finance, or communications related discipline.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working in operations or finance or campaign management.
