Overview of job
Mindshare Singapore is looking for a Senior Digital Executive to assist in various display, video and social campaigns for a key regional client. The role will report into the Manager of the account and will work closely to support the team as well as local Mindshare markets. Measures of success
- In three months, you would have:

- Built up an understanding of the digital media ecosystem and have already governed campaign activity across markets - trafficking, tagging and setup with supervision from your manager
- Have a thorough understanding of digital media concepts, definitions and metrics
- Become familiar with the processes within Mindshare and within your team including using GroupM admin, media and finance software.

In six months, you would:

- Be managing initiatives & projects across markets
- Guiding markets across all tools and platforms being used with mínimal supervision.
- Assist with identifying problems and troubleshooting for local markets with mínimal supervision
- Working closely with partners/vendors to build/identify customised solutions for deployment across campaigns.
- Have developed a sense of data to glean insights for campaign optimization.
- Moderate understanding of Inventory Partnerships and how they work

In 12 months, you would be:

- Leading your own initiatives & projects across your markets.
- A master across all tools and platforms being used with no supervision.
- A thorough view of all things digital within your markets’ accounts to be able to propose improvements and new ways of working
- An end-to-end understanding of market processes, able to communicate and relate with market stakeholders with efficiency.

Responsibilities of the role:

- Govern display, video and social media plans for local and regional campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations - trafficking, DMP tagging, campaign setup, and any troubleshooting needed
- Regularly monitor and make optimization recommendations to ensure KPIs are delivered
- Accurately keep track of billing details of all markets’ accounts managed
- Form relationships with market stakeholders (market leads, digital leads, traders, clients) and cascade processes, pilots, and innovations.

What you will need:

- 1-3 years’ experience in advertising, media planning and buying, ideally focused on digital advertising
- Hands-on experience in managing & trading campaigns on at least two of the following platforms - TTD, Facebook Ads, Google Ads & DV360
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Powerpoint & Excel)
- Ability to work well within cross-functional teams and in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, sharp and good attention for detail
