Mindshare Account Executive

Overview of job:
Mindshare is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive to join us.

In this role, you will be a dynamic contributor to the team in all aspects of Offline, Digital and social media covering Strategy, planning, implementation and analytics. You will get the opportunity to work on a wide plethora of industry leading brands. Specific goals in building brand awareness, lead generation and conversions for the above-mentioned clients.
- Developing sound media strategies that aids the client’s business.
- Building media plans and making sound media and channel recommendations based on a sound media strategy and a strong campaign idea.
- Working with and managing various media partners through whom the campaign and media ideas can be executed.
- Ensuring through the seamless implementation of all planned media executions.
- Following through to ensure all campaign goals are met and media KPIs are delivered.

This role reports to the Account Manager

**Measures of success -**

**In three months**:

- Demonstrate understanding of the clients business and Mindshare’s role in aiding the client.
- Developing a collaborative working relationship both internally and with the Clients.

**In six months**:

- Able to work on media planning briefs with supervision whilst providing strategic recommendations and innovative media solutions with strong insights
- Established strong team and Client relationships

**In 12 months**:

- Delivering excellent end-to-end servicing of client accounts which include integrated strategic recommendations and campaign implementation.
- Efficient campaign management and optimization that helps the client’s performance business

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Working in partnership with the Account Manager, client and the extended team to create and execute plans that serve the clients’ media objective.
- Analysing live and post campaign reports to optimize live and future campaigns.
- Being the key point of contact for client and seamless day-to-day account management.

**What you will need**:

- 1 year of media agency working experience
- Strong planning, analytical and presentation skills
- Knowledge on usage of industry software and tools is an advantage - EvoGenius, DoubleClick, Nielsen, etc.
- A Team Player with an enthusiastic attitude with high accuracy and attention to detail to their work will be a perfect fit.
