**Responsibilities**
- Drive Local Revenue enhancement with our Global Agencies Network, providing leadership and guidance to our agents from a HQ perspective.
- Work closely with a geographical group of agencies to achieve their KPI’s, you will communicate with a diverse group of professional executives on a daily basis.
- From a HQ setting, you will be involved in the strategic planning and positioning of your Team’s overall approach to achieve company targets, including setting and reviewing KPI’s, and crafting of projects.
- Ensure timely submission of reports by the agencies and conduct thorough analysis of agencies’ performance against historical and/or budgeted figures.
- Monitor performances, trends and results of the agencies on a regular basis, including data analysis, leading to management reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline
- Good analytical thinking and quantitative skills.
- Independent and able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) & people management.
- Appointment will commensurate with experience
