Sr. HR Business Partner Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's strategic direction by driving performance management adaptation and incentive engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management Adaptation: Transform global performance frameworks to align with local needs; establish goals, define evaluation criteria, and manage execution.
  • Incentive Engineering & Delivery: Co-design and deploy localized bonus, spot-bonus and special-grant programs aligned with global policy.
  • Training & Development: Map local training requirements to global curriculum; design and implement bespoke courses.
  • Career Progression & Talent Review: Localize job-grade structures and promotion criteria; coordinate annual promotion cycles and talent reviews.
  • Policy & Process Governance: Draft and maintain local OD/HR policy documents, process maps and SOPs.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or above in HR Management, Organizational Behaviour, Business Administration or related field; IHRP-CP/SHRM-CP preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years in HR or Organizational Development, with hands-on experience in at least two modules among performance, reward, training or promotions.
  • Proven track record in process design and policy documentation.
  • Strong project-management discipline and data-orientation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in curriculum design, localization, transparency, administration, needs analysis, business strategy, learning and development strategy, MS Word, HR policies, team building, cadence, people management experience, performance management, and strategic HR.
