**About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced Company Secretary who will ensure that our company complies with statutory requirements and maintains high standards of corporate governance. You also need to have an understanding of the laws that affect your areas of work.
**Responsibilities of a Company Secretary**
A company secretary’s core duties include:
- Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points.
- Record minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns with appropriate departments.
- Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
- Preparation of Annual Report.
- Execute share allotment processes.
- Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the organization are constantly updated and complied with.
- Other ad hoc duties and responsibilities.
**Requirements**:
- Chartered Secretary of Singapore. Equivalent qualification will also be considered.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in company secretary related matters
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
- Ability to take initiative with excellent organization and time management skills.
**Part Time position is also available.
