- Other- Lead strategic engagements and integrate population health collaborations across 3 Regional Health Systems (RHSs), agencies (e.g. MSF, MCCY, HPB, etc) and internal AIC divisions.
- Maintain an overview and understand what’s common across and harmonise/align.
- Facilitate, influence and support RHSs and partners in achieving the population health objectives, including AIC’s regional functions.
- Serve as and be seen by the RHSs and AIC divisions as the main Point of Contact (POC) for RHS on population health matters.
- Develop deep understanding of the RHS team, its strategy and plans for population health.
- Develop and implement pilot model, tools and resources that advance population health.
- Create mindshare of population health for internal AIC divisions.
- Lead in the discussions on population health matters and bridge the gaps.
- Champion the change management efforts across AIC, including active participation in cross-divisional workgroups, and provide timely updates at P8 workgroup.
- Lead team to develop the regional orchestrator model, and operationalise on the ground.
- Facilitate the implementation and use of collaboration platforms for the sharing of learnings, best practices, information and data.
- Engage and work with internal and external stakeholders to identify gaps and barriers and work to create solutions to overcome the barriers.
- Create a positive culture and work environment for the team members.
- Build up the team’s knowledge reservoir and capabilities in population health, programme management and account management.

- Recognized degree in any discipline, healthcare, public policy or gerontology related will be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years working experience preferably in healthcare or social sectors.
- Experience in maintaining strong networks and partnerships with stakeholders.
- Experience in project/programme management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Possess good critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Self-driven, with a strong team-mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Has the initiative and willingness to push boundaries.
- Passion in driving positive outcomes for clients and community partners.
