Job Title: Regional Partner Development Manager

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Partner Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships across the Asia Pacific region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and partner management, with a proven track record of identifying and recruiting new partners to support business growth strategies.

">

Key responsibilities will include working closely with regional business and channel leaders to align on key partner priorities, strategies, and actions. This will involve establishing and cultivating executive relationships with partners, understanding their organization structure and business model, and developing relationships with decision-makers and technical/sales operatives to ensure efficient communication and productivity.

Additionally, the Regional Partner Development Manager will be responsible for leading and managing partner initiatives, architectural wins, and identifying new strategies and incentives for field engagement and business success. They will also create and run a governance structure for pipeline creation, growth leading to wins, and act as a strategic advisor to Strategic Partners and FIS for overall management from onboarding, retention, and succession.

As part of this role, the successful candidate will contribute to a regional Strategic Partner business plan for alliance solutions and initiatives, organize monthly progress meetings and quarterly business reviews for assigned Strategic Partners, provide input into the Strategic Partner portfolio strategy, and develop and help execute Partner Marketing Plans.

To be successful in this role, candidates will require 5+ years' experience in sales, strong experience in partner management, direct sales experience is a plus, Bachelor's Degree, and Mid-Senior level seniority. They must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
