**Regional Partner Program Manager**

**What you can expect**

This role will focus on driving partner adoption of the Zoom Up Partner Program in the APAC region.
Responsibilities include developing growth strategies, managing partner performance, and providing guidance through the Partner Journey. This role primarily focuses on fostering robust partnerships with internal teams to support enhancing the overall partner experience in a rapidly growing organization. Additionally, the program manager will oversee the regional partner escalation process and support partner development against program requirements.

**About the Team**

The Zoom Channel Programs and Acceleration team is a dynamic force driving the company's success with Partners worldwide. The team passionately designs and delivers the programs and processes that enable Zoom Partners to deliver Zoom’s cutting-edge communications solutions. Through strategic partnerships and a Partner-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

**What we’re looking for**
- Have about 5yr experience in channel program management, channel enablement, partner operations, or a related field in the SaaS/UCaaS industry.
- Experience working with Reseller and Distribution partners, and with Referral Agent and TSD partner across multiple geographies
- Possess In-depth understanding of various channel business needs and culture across the APAC region.
- Possess Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Possess strategic thinking with a sales mentality and a proven ability to execute strategy toward revenue growth and demonstrating profitability.
- Be proficient in task management and use of various systems and tools, including Salesforce, Asana, and Google Suite
- Have flexibility to occasionally work outside of APAC business hours to align with US-based channel operations and program team.
- Have English proficiency. Additional regional language proficiency including Korean, Mandarin, and Hindi.
- Be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Have knowledge of partner automation tools and processes.
