
Regional Partner Manager

Responsible to set-up a successful partnership program in the region to acquire, on-board and fully develop qualified and relevant partners to achieve the business KPIs as set by the company
- Establishing business relationships between WIZ and the partner to ensure success for the partners and Wiz
- Develop and align the partner’s business model to the WIZ partner program
- Moving partners through the onboarding/optimization process, including setting expectations, defining roles and responsibilities and decreasing their time to revenue
- Providing technical, pre-sales and sales training guidance to enable partners to contribute significantly
- Partnering with marketing to ensure the marketing strategy is accomplished and in support of the broader partnership plan
- Managing multi-region or multi-practice partners until fully ramped in all regions or disciplines
- Transitioning the partner to the Channel Manager following the enablement period
- Ensure a certain percentage of deals are via partners and sourced by partners
**Qualifications and Skills Requirement**
- Expertise in selling enterprise software via channels and partners and familiar with the relevant partners in the region
- Familiar with Global and local System Integrators and Partners
- 5+ years of channel/partner experience
- Interface at all organizational levels maintaining strong working relationships across cross-functional teams
- Extremely strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a high growth and fast paced environment
- BS or BA degree or equivalent work-related work experience
