**Your Job**:
As a Systems Specialist you’ll be results-driven, and strive for optimization, automation, accuracy and be a critical thinker. You will be part of a customer-facing reporting team on the greater HR Analytics Team, focusing on responding to inbound data and reporting requests. You’ll work closely with the requestors to understand their needs, so that you can find just the right solution to their problem within our existing catalog of available reports. If they need help using the solution you’ve provided, you’ll offer the support they need. You’ll work as part of the broader HR Analytics, Technology, and Operations organizations, getting to learn how to work with each of those groups.
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to a variety of ad hoc reporting requests and queries
- Interact with Requestors in a professional manner to understand their needs
- Complete basic reporting activities by utilizing the existing catalog of available reports
- Monitor and update statuses of tickets in the service queue of incoming requests
- Work under mínimal supervision, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment
- Demonstrate good judgment in asking people within your team for help
- Execute work within Indeed’s HR Data Governance and Compliance guidelines
- Consistently make customer service, data integrity and data security the priority
**Who You Are**:
- 1+ years of HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking System reporting experience; strong system reporting or HR administrative support considered
- Workday experience preferred
- Technology savvy with demonstrated proficiency with advanced Excel/Google Sheets; working with large data sets, using pivot tables and v-lookup
- Detail oriented, flexible, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong problem solving skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to transition smoothly between technical and business vernacular, tailoring communications to the audience
- A keen sense for discretion and sensitivity working with PII and compensation data

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
**Salary Range Transparency**:
Singapore 68,000 - 95,000 SGD per year
