**Responsibilities**
- Be the Product Owner for the HR IT Systems portfolio in Asia Pacific and build the product roadmap aligned with the Global HR strategy while adapting solutions fit to the specific Asia Pacific market requirements.
- Lead the evaluation, development and execution of HR IT solutions including, but not limited to, SAP SuccessFactors modules and its integration to other systems.
- Ensure constant review and implementation of enhancements to improve Team Member experience in all HR IT platforms.
- Liaise with internal project team members and external service providers during project roll-outs and implementations.
- Respond timely to cases logged via the ticketing system and escalate matters requiring further resolution to the Global Team or external providers while also analyzing trends to avoid recurrence of issues.

**Requirements**:

- A Degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- A practical experience of at least 5 years on project management with at least a rollout of an HR IT solution or implementations of minimum 2 major features.
- Strong Project Management with experience in Agile project methodologies with certification in Scrum Product Owner will be an advantage.
- A working knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ERP system or any other Performance and Talent Management or Learning and Development automation systems available in the market.
- Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to lead discussions and presentation to Senior Leadership and other stakeholders.
- A systematic way of organizing and setting priorities based on business needs and adapt logical and rationale approach
