With expansion plans into the Asia Pacific region, they are seeking a driven Assistant Manager, Global Tender Management to provide effective tender support to align the opportunities for the company’s growth & strategy.

You will be required to be responsible for providing effective tender support and align opportunities together with the company’s growth & strategy. You will be reporting to the VP of Global Tender Management directly.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with Global Account Managers / Directors / Vice Presidents in formulating strategies for RFQ, and conducting pre
- and post-opportunity analysis
- Liaise with Air and Ocean Product groups in defining the optimal solution (in terms of routing / capacity / consolidation mix), and derive the best pricing approach for each target account and key tender
- Liaise with other Regional Tender Management units and country management teams in creating market-competitive price proposals for global and regional tenders
- Work closely with stakeholders in reviewing terms and conditions of regional and global tenders

**The Successful Applicant**

You should possess a degree in Supply Chain or related studies, and you must have a minimum of 2-5 years of **Air and Ocean Tender/pricing experience in the transportation and Freight forwarding industry. A proficiency in excel, with a strong analytical, communication and presentation skills** with the ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment is essential.
