**The Company**

Our client is one of the dynamic and growing global logistics companies with its presence around the globe.

Reporting to the Director Regional Account Management, APAC, the Regional Tender Management Manager, APAC will lead and coordinate tender projects on a regional and global scale. Work closely with the Global and Regional Tender teams and Sales and Products teams to drive business growth and drive initiatives to improve tender management practices and tools.

**The Role**
- Lead and manage the APAC Tender Management team.
- Contribute to the execution of APAC-centric RFQs at global and regional level and provide leadership for global/regional RFQs.
- Foster alignment among tender teams to optimize pricing solutions along with the company and clients’ KPIs.
- Collaborate with tender/pricing stakeholders to address discrepancies and meet clients’ expectations.
- Conduct due diligence and adherence to compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with APAC Sales team to ensure timely RFQ release and comprehensive CRM data entry as per global guidelines.
- Proactively monitor RFQs and resolve resource bottlenecks / scheduling conflicts.
- Work with SBU teams and the regional tender management stakeholders to enhance tender processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Update APAC global and regional RFQ dashboard daily to ensure visibility for company’s APAC and global management.
- Collect and publish RFQ activity KPIS regularly to monitor progress and drive improvement initiatives.
- Conduct and actively contribute to monthly reviews and alignment calls with the global and regional tender and product teams.

**The Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
- 5 years' experience in freight forwarding industry.
- 3 years’ experience in Tender management with APAC and Global exposure.
- Experience in e-Tendering Systems.
- Strong industry knowledge in air and ocean freight and trade routes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong market intelligence (customer, competitors, suppliers, and overall environment)
- Excellent project management and time management skills.
- Strong network and relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and deadline sensitive.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $10,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Freight Forwarding Industry: 5 years (preferred)
- Tender Management: 3 years (preferred)
