This role presents an exciting opportunity to build relationships with senior leaders across KPMG member firms throughout the Asia Pacific region.

This role is an important contributor to the success of the ASPAC Audit & Assurance team, and the successful implementation of KPMG's Global Audit Strategy in ASPAC.

**The role**

**The purpose of this role is to
- support the ASPAC Audit & Assurance COO and the ASPAC Audit & Assurance Team to implement the Global Strategy and ASPAC Strategy and execute the Regional Collective Strategy Execution Plan in the 12 member firms in Asia Pacific for the benefit of Audit Partners and professionals;
- support the ASPAC Audit & Assurance Digital Transformation Lead and member firm Data & Analytics Audit Partners, Directors and Managers to develop bespoke analytics and visualisation solutions to analyse client data to provide evidence and insights for ASPAC Audit & Assurance engagements, leveraging the existing KPMG Clara platforms and common data model;
- lead the adoption and use of Data & Analytics and other solutions throughout the audit process end-to-end.
- be a voice of the ASPAC region to Global Audit through identifying ideas and needs and ASPAC member firm feedback on KPMG's data analytics tools to differentiate our audits from our competitors and to continue to generate greater insights, drive quality and efficiency;
- lead Data & Analytics initiatives as part of the ASPAC D&A Centre of Excellence, on ways to demonstrate how the business can meet compliance through the use of different methods of record-keeping to support client engagements;
- respond to queries from ASPAC Audit & Assurance Data & Analytics Audit Partners, Directors and Managers and audit teams on KPMG's data analytics tools and support resolution of those queries;
- support, advise and respond to ASPAC Audit & Assurance Data & Analytics Audit Partners, Directors and Managers and audit teams' queries on KPMG's data analytics
- provide proposal support for significant audit target pursuits, including compilation of proposal collateral, proposal requirements responses and demonstrations; and
- deliver regional training sessions to ASPAC Audit & Assurance Data & Analytics Audit Partners, Directors and Managers and audit teams on KPMG's data analytics tools and solutions.

**Deliverables And Accountabilities**

Support the adoption and use of data & analytics and other solutions of KPMG's Audit & Assurance business, with an emphasis on, upskilling and providing support on KPMG's data analytics tools

We are seeking an experienced Manager preferably based in Brisbane or Sydney (other locations also considered for Virtual Secondment) to join our regional team to support the adoption, use and upskilling of KPMG's data analytics tools and other solutions to our member firms in the Asia Pacific region, to improve audit quality and our client and people experience and differentiate our audits from our competitors.

Your role will be to deliver data & analytics services as a key part of the newly established ASPAC Audit & Assurance D&A Centre of Excellence by
- managing the day-to-day operations of member firm support requests and queries;
- understanding primarily the KPMG's data analytics tools and how to complement that suite with additional data & analytic solutions;
- identifying innovation and process improvement opportunities across the KPMG's data analytics tools and identifying opportunities to grow the use of these tools on ASPAC Audit & Assurance engagements;
- working with other ASPAC Audit & Assurance Workstream Leads to support achievement of Workstream Action Plans relevant to KPMG's data analytics tools (e.g. Audit Delivery,
