As a pivotal role in the Technology and Data organization and reporting to the ASPAC Corporate Product Group Lead, this role will be accountable for value delivery and value realization for ASPAC corporate technology products within the region. This role will own the vision and prioritization of new features and enhancements to ASPAC corporate technology products while helping translate business needs into prioritized user stories within the region.

As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and digital expert in corporate technology within the region, this role will deliver products and platforms that create exceptional experiences for employees within the company and external talent. This role will also be responsible for regionally activating large-scale and high-visibility global technology transformation initiatives within ASPAC while driving outcomes that matter in our local markets related to ASPAC corporate technology products. This role will actively feed local/regional demand to global technology leads and product owners. This role will manage cross-functional and self-organizing teams to drive agile ways of working and high-quality product delivery.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Shaping the ASPAC corporate technology vision/roadmap and steering the squad(s) in delivering technology product/platform features oriented around the business impact
- Leading the continuous improvements across the ASPAC corporate technology product lifecycle while driving the engagement with third parties to support the delivery of the squad(s) objectives
- Understanding the latest technology trends in the corporate technology field to inform technology product roadmap within the region
- Driving the selection of solution options in collaboration with business partners within the region
- Prioritizing a backlog, utilizing technical expertise, and understanding customer needs in order to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for ASPAC corporate technology products/platforms
- Working with the business to channel the “voice of the customer” within the ASPAC corporate technology product squad to ensure the squad “builds the right thing”
- Managing resources for the ASPAC corporate technology product squad(s) and onboarding new team members
- Defining and tracking ASPAC corporate technology OKRs
- Working closely with business partners and technology team members to establish the business case while supporting communications and end-user outreach necessary
- Working closely with engineers to balance technical debt with feature delivery and assessing technology elements prior to user testing within the region
- Owning ASPAC corporate technology reporting and performance analytics to monitor sprint metrics and user results
- Actively participate in all squad ceremonies while leading and optimizing the flow of the value using various tools and reporting cadences

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or another related field
- Five plus years of experience in technology project/product management, engineering, UX, or another related field
- Proven knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology, and supporting industry principles
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into a product vision by leveraging expertise in product development, engineering, and UX
