**Job Descriptions for the Position of **Customer Service Administrator**
- Reporting to Business Development & Customer Service Manager.
- Assist in administrative work for the Business Development Team.
- Handle sales administrative and order processing.
- Coordinate between Sales and teams for delivery schedule.
- The interface between the internal department, external logistics agent and Vendors/Consignee on shipment and delivery.
- Preparation of CIPL and supporting documents for overseas customers.
- Tracking of orders with additional PO to process with outside vendors.
- Updating of Customers’ Open Order Reports.
- Attending to the miscellaneous tasks assigned by management.
- Processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure adherence to company policies.
- Actively participate and involve in the appropriate development of HSE matters in areas of hazard/incident identifications, risk assessments and determination of controls.
- Ensure work activities and behavior achieved conformity to the HSE policy, objectives and procedures outlined in the HSE management system and compliance with applicable local legal requirements.

**Job Requirements**:

- **ITE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration /Marketing or equivalent**:

- Relevant Industrial Training Certification.
- Experience as a sales admin/assistant in an administrative position (Commercial Sector)
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels & to liaise with clients and interpret their requirements.
- MS Office.
- Neat with all housekeeping (PPW/filing)
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.

**Work Location & Benefits**:

- Workplace near Gul Circle Train Station.
- Annual Leave 15 days.
