Roles & Responsibilities

Global Tax Free Singapore is authorised by Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) as a Central Refund Agent (CRA) as well as sole Central Refund Counter (CRC) operator in Singapore, thereby licensed to provide tax refund services for tourists.

Specialists in tax refund services, Global Tax Free offers:

- Tax Refund Services for tourists and merchants
- Central Refund Counter

**Responsibilities & Tasks**:
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Observe eTRS customers or merchants’ behaviours and feedback to the Sales Team

Provide timely and effective administrative support to a Sales Team

Other Administrative duties as assigned (and ad-hoc duties)

Plan and manage staff roster

**Qualification & Skills**:
Fresh graduates are welcome

Fluent in English and Chinese (Speaking Chinese is compulsory)

Customer-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills

Able to work on rotating shifts (Willing to work on weekends and public holidays)
