**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
**1) Qualifications**:
- GCE O or N level or Cert. in office skill.
- Experience: Prior customer service-related job experience is an advantage.
**2) Working hours**:
- 5 days a week (9.00 am to 6.30 pm
**3) Language abilities**:able to converse in English and Mandarin.
**4) Computer literacy skills**:MS Office
**5) Personalities**:Warm, positive, self-motivating, good organization skills, and interpersonal skills. A strong problem-solving team player.
