**Who we are**:
OKX is on a mission to make crypto investing and trading more accessible to anyone around the world. We are building the next generation of tools to help onboard the investors and traders who have been on the fence about crypto. We are a collective of engineers, product managers, and marketers with a common passion to help decentralize finance and level the economic playing field for everyone around the world.

**Top responsibilities**:- Manage execution & strategy of data-driven campaigns to ensure business objectives are met across different products on the OKX platform- Work with data science to analyze campaign performance to provide actionable recommendations to the marketing & product strategies based on performance

**You'd be a great fit if you have the following skills**:
- 7+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in the fintech space- Have delivered quantifiable improvements while working on large customer databases- Experience with AB Testing, experiment development and reporting presentation

**What makes you stand out from the rest**:
- Strong eye for design- Bilingual in Mandarin/English- Crypto experience or a willingness to learn- HTML/MJML experience or a willingness to learn-
- Examples of utilizing data science to optimize complex promotions that improve LTV, reduce CAC and improve retention
