Lifecycle Marketing Manager , you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing our customer engagement strategy. Your mission? Drive meaningful connections that deliver value at every stage of the customer journey.
This role is about creating impact. You’ll be responsible for maximising customer value, driving retention, and unlocking growth opportunities through targeted uplift strategies. By blending data-driven insights with seamless, personalised customer experiences across channels, you'll help us reimagine lifecycle marketing at scale.
Make an Impact by:
Maximising customer value by driving retention, ARPU growth, and upsell through data-informed lifecycle strategies.
Leveraging analytics to guide base management decisions and uncover new opportunities for value creation and deeper engagement.
Delivering targeted campaigns that enhance loyalty, using segmentation, behavioural data, and personalisation techniques.
Keeping a pulse on the market, tracking competitor moves and emerging trends to ensure our strategies remain relevant and customer-first.
Experimenting with new tech, including AI tools, to elevate campaign targeting, messaging, and reach.
Designing and executing omnichannel campaigns, using hyper-personalisation and contextual marketing methods to boost impact.
Collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Product Marketing, Sales, and Analytics to develop automated engagement flows driven by predictive models and customer behaviours.
Owning campaign delivery—from timeline management to execution and tracking—to ensure timely and seamless rollout.
Measuring campaign performance against KPIs and translating insights into continuous improvement.
Skills For Success:
Degree in Marketing / Business Management / Economics.
At least 5 years of experience in Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing, Business Analysis, or CRM. Bonus if experience in telco environment.
Familiarity with Marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
Experience with MarTech solutions, e.g., Oracle Marketing Cloud, Salesforce.
Proficiency in Power BI, Excel.
Experience in market research and statistics.
A curious mindset and data-driven thinking.
Resilience & agility, comfortable with ambiguity, quick to adapt, and continuously refine strategies.
Self-starter with ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, with strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Results-oriented, creative, and willing to propose new solutions.
