This position will serve as business partner to the operations team

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for company’s recruitment, interview, selection and hiring processes
- Conduct interview and selection of managers, including conducting reference checks
- Provide support to managers and management team in HR matters
- Handle payroll processing, tax clearance, CPF and IRAS submissions ensuring timeliness
- Work closely with management team to review HR policies and drive HR initiatives
- Administer employee benefits and company group insurance
- Liaise with government agencies
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements
- Partner with management to handle and resolve employee issues such as mediating disputes and disciplinary procedures
- Manage and administer employee performance management and training and development
- Other projects and administrative functions

Job Requirements:

- Work is on-site
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 6.00pm
- Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in HR generalist role
- Prior working experience in F&B industry an advantage
- Possess strong knowledge of Employment Act and related legislation
- Positive attitude, excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of people
- Excellent organizational skills, meticulous and attentive to details
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
