**The Role**
As the Human Resource Manager, your mission is to build a successful and inclusive A-team that supports each other and has constant opportunities for growth and development.
You’ll be setting up, and leading on all people processes and experiences, playing an integral part in building and maintaining the community and culture of our team.
You will carefully design every touch point of our employee experience that cultivates an engaging remote and on-site work culture, growing the People team while aligning on business strategies and policies with our leadership team.
- To evaluate and help define all people operations, focusing on developing great experiences at all employee and prospective employee touch points
- Cultivate our remote and on-site culture and create mechanisms to keep everyone aligned, engaged and motivated
- Build our personal development curriculum, to enable talent development company-wide
- Supplement internal programs by coordinating external training programs with various organisations
- Evaluate and define a competitive compensation & benefits framework
- Lead (and grow) the People & Talent Team
- You will also support the full spectrum of human resources operations duties such as staff engagement, grievance handling and key policies implementations with the management team
- Oversee the general office administration duties
- Recommend and implement continuous improvements to the processes and procedures of the various HR functions
- Develop our employer brand and improve our various recruitment touchpoints such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and others
- Maintaining HR documents and forms like employment contracts, employee handbooks, and HR policies and procedures.
- Improving annual leave, claims, and travel expense policies
- Organizing team recreation activities
- Working with management to set up benefits programs and policies

- **Tech Savvy - **You’re not afraid of learning new systems and software. You’re always looking for ways to streamline and automate processes
- **Organized - **We’re building many processes simultaneously and several tasks are in competition for priority. This does not faze you and you’re comfortable selecting the right task to complete.
