Leading organisation in the aerospace sector is looking for a Talent Management Manager, up to SGD12,000/month.

**Your new company**
A growing market leader is currently looking for a Talent Management Manager to be part of their team to provide support to employees. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible. Transportation is also provided from MRT points

**Your new role**
You will be part of the HR team as the Talent Management Manager. You will provide professional advice regarding all matters related to Talent Management, Succession Planning and Talent Review initiatives. You will partner with senior stakeholders and HR leaders in the design and execution of talent strategy, design and develop learning content and lead in culture building within the organization. You will focus primarily on leadership development and HiPo curriculum

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

- Strong in Talent Management, Succession Planning and working with HiPo.
- Strong experience in to develop, monitor and report key talent metrics
- Execute and develop leadership content for Senior Leader Management team
- Manage all Talent Development related programs
