Overview
Talent Management Manager role at Randstad Singapore. This role is a key driver in shaping the talent landscape of the organization, reporting to the Head of Talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing and executing initiatives to attract, develop, and retain high-performing individuals to influence the organization's growth through robust talent management practices.
Key responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage the end-to-end talent management framework, including succession planning, career development, and performance management.
Work closely with senior leadership to identify future talent needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
Lead the design and rollout of leadership development programs and initiatives.
Serve as a subject matter expert on talent management best practices, providing guidance and support to HR business partners and line managers.
Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of talent programs and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure that talent strategies are aligned with overall business objectives and promote a culture of high performance and growth.
Qualifications
A bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a specialized talent management role.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing talent management frameworks and programs in a large, complex organization.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and influence business outcomes.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
A strong understanding of talent trends and a passion for developing people.
