**The Opportunity
This role is based in Singapore and reports to the Director, Human Resource. As Manager for Talent Acquisition, you will be required to:
- Develop and drive our employer branding activities to present our companies in optimal position for talent attraction
- Plan and deliver impactful outreach programmes (e.g. to campuses and social institutions), and ensure smooth end-to-end implementation of programmes, leveraging on internal support and collaboration
- Ensure recruitment practices and processes are compliant to best practices and regulations
- Provide recruitment analytics and suggest/drive areas for improvement, including review preferred suppliers, policies review and process improvements etc
- Lead special projects/recruitment initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging internal sources of talent, and identification of top performers for suitable senior-level openings
**The Person
This is a key role that requires a strategic, insightful, persuasive, and driven recruitment professional to deliver the best service to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in managerial position, preferably in the fast-food, hospitality and retail industries
- Able to develop and inspire TA team to achieve the desired outcome that is aligned with the companies’ goals and values
- Anticipate workforce landscape changes, is adaptable, meticulous and thrives in a fast-paced environment with prompt response and action to tasks.
- Relationship building skills with ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders credibly
- Good knowledge of branding and digital marketing strategies with strong analytical skills
- Experience in building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools
- Fluency in written and spoken English; preferably know another 2nd language
