Each Infrastructure CMS Personnel shall have the following skillsets and experience:
a) degree in computer science/computer engineering or other relevant ICT disciplines;
b) 10 years’ relevant working experience in ICT project management with 8 years in a managerial or project lead role;
c) knowledge and relevant experience in implementing and leading large scale ICT infrastructure projects, particularly in the area of disaster recovery, server & storage

and network infrastructure;
d) knowledge and experience in technical services delivery and management, preferably Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or Certification in Outsourcing

Management for IT (COMIT) certified

e) knowledge of public sector, industry and private sector best practices in the area of ICT infrastructure;
f) good competency of spoken and written English; and

g) experience in managing a multi-vendor environment.
