Service Delivery Manager - Infrastructure

**Employer**:
NTT DATA Singapore (12-month renewable contract) - _Deployment at a leading global bank in Singapore**Location : Central**

We are looking for an experienced **Service Delivery Manager**to oversee IT Infrastructure services for our banking client. The SDM will be responsible for **ensuring stable operations, managing SLAs, handling escalations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders**. This role requires strong operational delivery skills, vendor management, and a focus on service excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end delivery of **infrastructure services and operations**.
- Monitor **service performance, SLAs, and KPIs**, ensuring compliance.
- Handle **incident, problem, and change management**processes.
- Act as primary contact for **stakeholder communication and escalation handling**.
- Coordinate with **engineering, operations, and vendor teams**to resolve issues.
- Ensure **governance, risk, and compliance requirements**are met.
- Drive **service improvement initiatives**to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Prepare and present **service reports, dashboards, and reviews**.
- Support **vendor management**, procurement processes, and contract compliance.
- Participate in audits, disaster recovery testing, and business continuity exercises.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- **6-10 years of IT Infrastructure / Service Delivery experience**.
- Strong knowledge of **Unix/Linux, Windows, Middleware, and Network services**.
- Hands-on experience with **incident, problem, and change management**.
- Proven skills in **SLA governance, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination**.
- Familiarity with **ITIL processes**and regulated industry environments.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
