Senior Service Delivery Manager

**Must Have**
- Experience in Managing and Delivering Infrastructure services in areas such as Service Desk, End User Computing and Datacenter Services
- Experience in delivering SLAs (Service Level Agreement) committed to customer and knowledge of Best in Class metric of each of the Infrastructure Service areas such as Service Desk, End User Computing, Datacenter Services
- Knowledge of Public Cloud such as AWS, Azure and provide Cloud solution to customer
- Provide Technical Solutions, Estimates, Timelines and Pricing to customer on New business scope focused on Cloud, Datacenter, Networks and Information Security areas
- Excellent knowledge in Solutions, Scoping, Contracts, Commercial management, Request for Proposals, Sales teams negotiations, Customer negotiations, Amendments on Scope of Work for customer
- Experience in End to End Transition of Infrastructure Services and work closely with customer and incumbent and making the transition successful

- Transition Management
- Industry best practice knowhow
- Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM standards
- Project management skills and experience
- Travel Transport and Hospitality Domain Knowledge
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Work with the key client stakeholders to understand the demand opportunities in their areas and position TCS capabilities accordingly.
- Work with key stakeholders to position TCS offerings and capabilities to client, capture new initiatives and potential white spaces.
- Participate in multi tiered governance forums to present the health of the portfolios.
- Work closely with external stakeholders to ensure the service delivery to client is done in a seamless manner.
- Work closely with internal TCS stakeholders to ensure TCS targets and key imperatives are met
