
Life Cycle Growth Commercial Operations Director

**Job Description Summary**: Responsible for activities and processes that help Life Cycle Growth organization across Intercontinental region to achieve business objectives. Owns/influences commercial business operating guidelines and has ownership/influence over budgets. Guided by functional policy. There is autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

**Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
- Working closely with regional and zone leaderships, Analyze the IB and develop IB, IBOW, CR, out of warranty conversion and renewal rate data/dashboards to drive commercial KPIs.
- Support growth segments by driving initiatives and Campaigns.
- Own and develop data analytics to drive decision making for annual OP, SII and or similar commercial and/or financial planning exercises.
- Lead and support service sales team with commercial initiatives like ($0 program, Leads) and deploy new initiatives in co-ordination with Zones across intercontinental region.
- Drive and promote the use of commercial tools like SFDC/Einstein/Domo/PowerBI.
- Drive and support pricing initiatives across Intercontinental.
- Special Projects as and when assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s /Master Degree, with minimum 10 years product equipment sales or service experience.
- Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages.
- Strong business acumen.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Intercontinental Region.
- Strong leadership skills and proven experience of managing remote teams and influencing organizations
- Prior experience working for a large company in a matrix environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization.
