**The Opportunity**
As a Sales Manager - Commercial Vehicles, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, managing key accounts, and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve business growth. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills who can develop and execute strategic sales initiatives while ensuring customer satisfaction at the highest level.
**The Role**
- Collaborate with the Management Team to develop and implement sales forecasts, budget plans, and KPIs that align with the company's business objectives.
- Ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded by continuously monitoring and adjusting strategies based on market trends and business performance.
- Utilise sales data to forecast demand as well as oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, reducing overstock or shortages.
- Co-develop marketing strategies and CRM activities to drive business growth and strengthen customer engagement.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities by staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Act as a liaison between the company and factory teams to ensure seamless communication on product development, specifications, and customization.
- Perform vehicle inspections at the factory when necessary to ensure the highest quality standards are met before delivery to clients.
- Manage relationships with strategic and major key accounts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Lead professional product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and technical capabilities of commercial vehicles.
- Play a key role in preparing and submitting responses to RFQs and tenders, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Job Requirements
Graduate Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of working experience related to Commercial Vehicles
- A good team-player with strong negotiation, networking and client retention skills.
- Able to communicate effectively to both internal and external customers.
- A self-starter who is highly driven and result-oriented, with ability to work well independently.
- A strategic thinker, constantly thinking out of the box.
- Strong problem-solving skills & the ability to multi-task
