Employment Type: Permanent- Location: Singapore**The Role**:
This position will provide support the Group’s Learning and Development objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in training needs analysis process to identify the learning development needs and source relevant courses to close competency gaps.
- Administer Learning Management System to setup classes, manage learners, registration and the learning history.
- Coordinate and administer in-house or external training and development activities, liaise with training vendors on training schedules, training materials, costs, venue and other arrangements to ensure proper execution.
- Plan and facilitate training such as employee orientation and immersion.
- Provide reports and metrics as requested from Learning Management System for compliance and supports miscellaneous requests.
- Provide timely response to inquiries related to training and systems.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years of learning and development experience.
- Proficient in SAP Successfactors Learning Module and MS office skills
- Possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management, organizational and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated personal drive, sense of urgency and leading self for results
