THE POSITION
**Title**:
**Revenue Operations
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations to join our team. As a Revenue Operations, you will be revolve around supporting the sales team, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's sales effort.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales Reporting:
- Develop and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the sales team and management.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Streamline and improve sales processes to maximize efficiency and productivity. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance the sales cycle.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Provide insights and recommendations to drive sales growth and strategy.
Sales Tools and Technology:
- Manage and optimize the use of sales tools, CRM systems, and other technology to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
Sales Compensation Management:
- Monitor and track the sales compensation plan, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and motivates the sales team.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Assist in managing and maintaining positive customer relationships, including resolving issues and providing support as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in sales operations, sales support, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of sales best practices and industry trends.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (Salesforce & Hubspot)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to think critically and strategically.
- 2-3 years Salesforce experience preferred
- Business Operations experience is a plus
- Salesforce Administrator Certification - Heavily preferred
