You will be responsible for making sure to simplify and expedite the process of setting up clients' business correctly from the very beginning.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assist in company registration processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and facilitate their success.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Utilize CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) and Notion tools effectively to manage customer data, interactions, and tasks
- Communicate product updates, best practices, and relevant information to customers.
- Experience working in APAC region + US
- Outstanding executive verbal and written communication:

- Thrive in a fast-paced environment by multitasking and problem-solving to meet customer needs and goals effectively.
- Excellent listening skills, critical-thinker with attention to detail

**Profile and Qualifications**:

- Fluent English speaking
- Singapore based, hybrid role
- 3+ years' experience in customer success, sales, or account management
- Degree or Diploma is Business Administration, Business Management
- [BONUS] Previous Working Experience In Corporate Secretary & Accounting Industry

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $12,096.36 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
