As an Client Success Manager,
You will be responsible for retention, adoption, and expansion of our products & services with assigned base of customers. Your main goal will be to act as a bridge between the clients & internal cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality experience for our clients, resulting with their satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include,
- Own overall relationship with a portfolio of clients, which includes managing on
- boarding, implementation, client retention, up-sell and cross-sell, and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services to the client
- Liaise with different internal stakeholders - Sales, Customer Support, Merchant and Development teams
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
- Maintain existing customer success metrics and data while looking for ways to build on currently established practices
- Understand the business landscape as well as clients to bring new approaches and ideas utilising our platform

Core technical skills for this role are,

- You have any past experience in HRMS or HR related Platforms or Insurance.
- You are analytical and have an ability to gain useful insights from data
- You are interested in technology and innovation. You like the start-up culture and can match up to the pace of work
- You are a hustler. You are resourceful. You get the job done

You make a good fit for this role if,
- You are pro-active. You have a “can-do” attitude. You take ownership of the tasks and clients assigned to you
- You have at least 3-4 year(s) experience in account/client management roles
- You have excellent sales experience and customer service skills
- You have excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
- You are a creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail and a problem-solver
- You have at least a Bachelor degree in business administration, mass communication, social sciences or similar relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in using Excel & PowerPoint
- Temporary Location: Singapore( Hybrid)
- Proficiency in any South East Asian languages would be added advantage.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
