- Answer calls in a professional manner.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls within a prescribed time frame, adhering to established standards.
- Respond to inquiries from guests on the Hotel Chat Bot.
- Receive guest messages and promptly deliver them to the appropriate recipients.
- Provide information about hotel services to guests.
- Understand the operations of the telephone operator board or PABX switchboard.
- Be fully aware of and adhere to health and safety, fire, and bomb threat procedures.
- Handle guests' food orders and ensure accurate communication with the room service team for food pickup and delivery.
- Response to guest enquiry on room reservation.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Working knowledge with OPERA would be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Patience and good listening skills to understand and address guests' needs effectively.
- Flexible with rotating shift, including overnight shift and working on weekdays and public holidays.
